One of the premier backups in the league, Kitna is a grizzled veteran who you can trust when he has to see the field.

A young developmental project of Jason Garrett’s he has quite a few tool’s and is shaping to be the future backup for the cowboys.

Vet Depth with now real future on this roster.
Running Backs
#28 Felix Jones 5-10 217 24 4 Arkansas

#23 Sammy Morris 6-0 220 34 12 Texas Tech
Last seen on the New England Patriots, he has been on the couch all season, but he will now be the Cowboys backup running back with injuries to Tanner and Murray. Hard runner who use to play some FB.

Former 7th round Trojan Pick, just added for Depth.
IR #29 Demarco Murray 6-0 227 23 R Oklahoma
Our third round pick this year, he has stepped in for Felix Jones and not given the job back. Putting up great numbers he is a candidate for rookie of the year.
IR #34 Phillip Tanner 6-0 218 23 R Middle Tennessee State
His tough running and hard work attitude made him a crowd favorite during the preseason after being a rookie free agent. The same characteristics helped give him a spot on the roster.
Fullbacks
#24 Tony Fiammetta 6-0 242 25 3 Syracuse
Coming over during the preseason, he has made an immediate impact on the running side of the offense. He is constantly opening holes for our backs.
#45 Shaun Chapas 6-2 247 23 R Georgia
A late round draft pick in April, he hasn’t gotten to see the field much due to Fiammetta’s success.
Wide Receivers
#19 Miles Austin 6-2 215 27 6 Monmouth
An extremely blessed athlete who has had the most production of an cowboys wideout over the past few years. Extremely hard to tackle he is one of Romo’s favorite targets when healthy.
#88 Dez Bryant 6-2 218 23 2 Oklahoma State
One of the most impactful big play receivers in the league in only his second year. The sky is the limit for the extremely talented Bryant.

One of the surprise impact players this year, Robinson and Romo have had an instant connection and is becoming a crowd favorite in Dallas.
#85 Kevin Ogletree 6-1 190 24 3 Virginia
In his third year Ogletree has had more of an role as a 3rd and 4th receiver, shining at times. He is still a project but has plenty of potential.
#16 Jesse Holley 6-2 220 27 2 North Carolina
Holley is best known for making the team after winning Michael Irvin’s Reality contest to get a shot. He has had limited action but has shown big play ability with his good size and speed.
#17 Dwayne Harris 5-10 208 24 R East Carolina
Earned back a roster spot on the team that drafted him in April. Special teams player depth.
#15 Andre Holmes 6-5 206 23 R Hillsdale
Rookie FA that put on for a little more depth in our WR core. He is a project WR with great size at 6-5 206. His huge frame is what intrigues the organization and he might see some action in dead late game situations.
IR #86 Raymond Radway 6-3 195 24 R Abilene Christian
Rookie out of ACU, he was put on IR early on in the year so his development has been slowed. Radway is someone the organization wants to work with over the next couple years due to his great size-speed combination.
Tight Ends
#82 Jason Witten 6-6 265 29 9 Tennessee
One of the leagues best not just now but of all time, Witten is a future Hall of Famer showing no signs of slowing down. He is Romo’s favorite target and a crowd favorite.
#80 Martellus Bennett 6-6 270 24 4 Texas A&M
At one time thought to be one of the best young tight ends in the league, off the field antics and a loss of focus have heart the big man. The sky is the limit for him talent wise, but he just doesn’t put it to full use.
#89 John Phillips 6-5 261 24 3 Virginia
A talented run blocker who has doubled as a FB this year when we have needed him. He has missed a lot of the past couple of years with injuries but is having a successful first year healthy.
Left Offensive Tackle

A second year starter who signed a big contract in the offensive. He is the cowboys starting LT for the forseable future until they might decide to switch him with Tyron Smith.
Left Offensive Guard
#64 Montrae Holland 6-2 326 31 9 Florida State
Holland was on the streets the first half of the year, a starter last year we cut him during training camp due to lack of conditioning. When starter Bill Nagy was put on IR we resigned the now conditioned Holland and our run game hasn’t looked better. Still sometimes a liability in pass coverage, he is an outstanding run blocker.
#70 Daniel Loper 6-6 320 29 7 Texas Tech
A career journey man, he serves as a quality back up and spells Holland if he ever needs it.
IR #61 Bill Nagy 6-3 303 24 R Wisconsin
Nagy was having an okay season for a rookie before being put on IR. He was a backup at Wisconsin so he didn’t have the most experience and was more of a developmental late round draft pick asked to start to quickly. Holland has played better at the posistion.
Center
#67 Phil Costa 6-3 314 24 2 Maryland
In his first year as a starter Costa has had a lot of issues executing the snap. A decent blocker only in his second year he has plenty of time to get better.
#60 Kevin Kowalski 6-4 301 22 R Toledo
As a rookie he hasn’t had to see the field to often, but he is an excellent athlete with potential to steal Costa’s job in the next offseason.
Right Offensive Guard
#63 Kyle Kosier 6-5 305 33 10 Arizona State
Kosier is the veteran of the offensive line unit and is one of the key reasons to Tyron Smith’s seasonal growth. An excellent locker room man, Kosier is an very solid overall player at his position.
#75 Derrick Dockery 6-6 325 31 9 Texas
A former starter around the league, he backs up both guard posistions. He could start on a lot of teams so it is nice to have this kind of talented veteran presence helping out some of the other younger players.
Right Offensive Tackle
#77 Tyron Smith 6-5 311 20 R USC
A gifted athlete and the youngest player in the NFL at 20, he was our 1st round draft pick this year at #9 overall. He has had his struggles like a rookie should, but overall has looked like everything we had hoped he be.
#78 Jermey Parnell 6-6 305 25 2 Mississippi
A former basketball player he has only played football for a few years. He is an experiment and should only see the field in emergencies. That being said he has the tools to be a good backup for years.
Left Defensive End
#99 Kenyon Coleman 6-5 306 32 11 UCLA
A first year cowboy veteran, he was acquired in the offseason to replace the poor play of Igor Olshansky. He brings a veteran presence to this defensive line as a starter.
#95 Sean Lissemore 6-4 306 24 2 William & Mary
A young talented backup that is seen as a future player for the organization. In only his second year he has plenty of time to devolp.
Right Defensive End
#98 Marcus Spears 6-4 315 28 7 LSU
A former cowboys first round pick, he hasn’t totally been able to live up to his pick, but has stayed a solid starter for the cowboys. Good In rush defense if he could ever devolp a pass rush he could be dynamic.
#97 Jason Hatcher 6-6 302 29 6 Grambling State
A talented back up who has never gotten to see to much of the field due to Spear’s high draft spot, he has gotten a lot of playing time this year and has looked good in his role.
#96 Clifton Geathers 6-7 320 23 1 South Carolina
The young big man out of South Carolina has seen the field in limited action this year, but he is the kind of big project Rob Ryan loves.
Nose Tackle
#90 Jay Ratliff 6-4 287 30 7 Auburn
One of the premiere NT in the league even at his smaller frame. He is constantly someone you have to look towards in the pass rush, and an effective run stopper. Ratliff is one of the leaders of the cowboys defense.
Left Outside Linebacker
#93 Anthony Spencer 6-3 257 27 5 Purdue
A former first round pick, he was supposed to come in and wreck havoc across from the All-Pro DeMarcus Ware. He hasn’t been incredible but he has been a pretty good passrusher in his career and a very solid starter for the cowboys.
#57 Victor Butler 6-2 249 24 3 Oregon State
A young pass rusher who the organization hopes can step up and challenge Spencer for the starting spot. In limited action this season he has shown some good signs of devolpment.
Right Outside Linebacker
#94 DeMarcus Ware 6-4 260 29 7 Troy
An All-Pro and future Hall of Famer, Ware is the best overall player on the cowboys. A true leader and outstanding player, he is constantly feared by opposing offensive coordinators. In only seven years he is the number 35 overall ever for sacks in the league.
#55 Alex Albright 6-5 256 23 R Boston College
A rookie who has gotten to see the field in a back up role at outside and inside this season. He is someone that has all the tools of an NFL linebacker and the organization is taking a chance in looking at him.
Inside Linebackers
#50 Sean Lee 6-2 245 25 2 Penn State
In his second season after fighting injuries all year long as a rookie, Lee is becoming an absolute stud on this defense. The best ILB on the roster he is making a case to be in his first Pro Bowl.
#56 Bradie James 6-2 246 30 9 LSU
One of the veteran presences on the defensive side, he has always been a very solid linebacker for the cowboys. He is a crowd favorite who even hosts his own local radio show.
#51 Keith Brooking 6-2 240 36 14 Georgia Tech
An aging veteran who came to Dallas a few years ago to resurrect his career. He is only a serviceable back up at this point when it comes to pass coverage. Still though he is a locker room leader and can play his heart out when he has to.
#54 Bruce Carter 6-2 241 23 R North Carolina
This years 2nd round draft pick, he is an extremely gifted athlete who just hasn’t gotten to see the field due to injury. There is a lot of hope or his future though since he has all the tools of an stud NFL Linebacker.
Cornerbacks
#21 Mike Jenkins 5-10 202 26 4 South Florida
A former first round pick and pro bowler he has been slowed this year and last by injuries and lack of focus. He has what it takes to get back to his pro bowl form, but has yet to really show it again due to injuries.
#41 Terence Newman 5-10 192 33 9 Kansas State
Another former first round pick and pro bowler, Newman has enjoyed a great career as a cowboy and continues to play a good level considering his age.
#32 Orlando Scandrick 5-10 191 24 4 Boise State
A great third corner who has the talent to take over for Newman eventually. He continues to get better in his fourth year.
#20 Alan Ball 6-2 197 26 4 Illinois
A young back up corner for the team that has seen a lot of playing time due to injuries. When not asked to do to much he fits his role very well, but too much time on the field and he has been exposed a few times this season.
#25 Frank Walker 5-11 196 30 9 Tuskegee
A role player in the secondary who comes into the game in late game situations. He has been exposed a few times but he has playmaking abilities.
Strong Safety
#26 Abram Elam 6-0 212 30 7 Kent State
A first year cowboy that followed Rob Ryan from Cleveland he has done a great job this year in Dallas. Great in coverage, he continues to play at a high level.
#36 Mana Silva 6-1 220 23 R Hawaii
Church has had some injuries, so here comes undrafted FA Mana Silva, looking at some college tape, definitely some talent. Lets just hope he doesn't have to see too much field time though not playing all year.
#42 Barry Church 6-2 220 23 2 Toledo
A second year FA rookie there was a lot of buzz about him the past two years in training camp. Church has a lot of talent and is a great tackler in the open field. If he continues to get better he could push for a starting job.
Free Safety
#43 Gerald Sensabaugh 6-1 208 28 7 North Carolina
Sensabaugh is having maybe his best year as a pro in his 7th year. He is great in Rob Ryan’s defense and has made a lot of plays on the defensive side.
#5 Dan Bailey 6-0 188 23 R Oklahoma State
In his first year in the NFL he has been almost automatic kicking field goals. He is solidifying this job for the next ten years.
IR #18 David Buehler 6-2 230 24 3 USC
The most athletic kicker in the league, he has one of the strongest legs as well. Due to terrible accuracy he was turned in to a kickoff specialist after losing his job to Bailey.
Punter
#6 Chris Jones 6-0 200 22 R Carson - Newman
The rookie punter looked good in the preseason, and thats good cause McBriars injury was extremely serious, could keep this job for the foreseeable future.

Cowboys serviceable longsnapper.
